Lafayette Radio Electronics Flyer -- 63 Pages Lafayette Radio Electronics 1964 Soft Cover Very Good Wraps, Very Good Folio - over 12" - 15" tall Nice, clean, clearly well-kept flyer sent to customers during the winter/spring of 1964. It's oversized, printed in black and bright blue, and folded at center, but had not been stored folded, so the only fault to this area is some browning to fold line at back page only. We will respect its integrity by shipping flat.I tems are great. In addition to radio stuff, there are cameras, including movie cameras and Polaroids. Also of interest is the automatic electric photo copy machine. Very nice offering from a firm which operated in New York, New Jersey and Boston. Due to newsprint paper, not too many survived in good condition.

M & H Radio Catalog 1933 Philadelphia, PA M & H Sporting Goods Co. 1933 Soft Cover Very Good 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall M & H Sporting Goods was a giant in its day, but until now they had for me been synonymous with fishing equipment. It seems, however, that they had a radio division and this is its catalog. The cover announces radio equipment "for amateur stations, short-wave experiementers, theatres, television, public address systems, broadcast stations, home talkies, and servicemen."The catalog is clean and tightly bound with just a small bit of wear to bottom of spine. The front cover shows some rubbing to black areas and a few small creases to lower front cover, but is overall quite nice. The back is the same. Unlike many radio catalogs of the day, this one used a slightly better quality paper which kept it from browning. Consequently, pages are hardly toned at all.Catalog measures 8-1/2"x10-3/4" and has 120 page. Lafayette Radio catalog from the 30's also available.

Practical Technical Training In Radio, Television and Allied Electronics Los Angeles, CA National Schools Flexible Boards Good No DJ, as Issued 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall Book has been an active shop manual which means it's less than perfect. It is, however, quite still serviceable for radio buffs. Heavy at almost five pounds, it measures 8"x11" and 2-1/2" thick. Flexible binder is a little stained and worn at the edges and the first and last page have browned and taken on a little of red color from the binder. But the inside pages are very clean with browning only to the outer edges. Name written on cover and again inside, but otherwise no writing. Book is comprised of the following -- a total of 42 consecutive lessons with exam questions; three experiment lessons -- numbers KL1, KL2 and KL4; plus 30 consecutive Practical Job sheets, some of which are lengthy and some just a single side of its previously numbered issue. There's also one practical business lesson and a few random answer sheets, plus some circuit diagrams. Course begins with a lesson on the electron and ends with one on the R.F. coil. All lessons illustrated with technical drawings and some have black and white photos as well

McNeill, Kay Don's Other Life (with Orignal Mailing envelope) No Publisher Listed 1944 No Edition Stated Hard Cover Very Good No DJ, as Issued Remember this golden oldie? From 1933 to 1968 Don McNeill commandeered the radio waves with his popular show "The Breakfast Club," a motley mix of jokes, songs. interviews and celebrities such as Lucille Ball and Jimmy Stewart. There was even a moment of prayer and, of course, the ever popular March Around the Breakfast Table. This book was published in 1944 and was written by McNeill's wife, Kay, who shares memories of the show and also swings open the door to family life at home in Winnetka, a Chicago suburb. There are wonderful photos throughout and the best part is, the book still has its original mailing envelope with the McNeill name on it. Book is clean as a whistle inside and out. Wear is confined to top portion of spine about an inch down and to corners, but is a tightly bound, fun collectible. Envelope shows one tear to lower front corner, but is likewise clean and nice.
