Willets, Gilson Anita the Cuban Spy London/New York F. Tennyson Neely 1898 No Edition Stated Soft Cover Very Good Wraps, Good-plus Very nice, tightly bound, clean copy with no spine crease. Pages have toned, there is a small tear at bottom rear spine, a few spots of isolated wear at spine area, and darkening to white portion of rear cover, but for a papeback novel of this vintage, it is most respectable indeed. Handsome red, white and blue graphic cover design. Gilson Willets was 29 years old when he wrote this novel, which is remarkably readable and fast-paced for the times. He began his career as a globe-trotting reporter who spent time in India and was a member of the Herriman expedition to the Yucatan before becoming a screenwriter. One of his most celebrated achievements was the development of the cinematic serial with his "The Adventues of Kathlyn." This novel has 405 pages, plus ads at back for other books. Price:
