Very nice small lot of four older issues, two from 1967 and two from 1969. All four are clean as a whistle inside and out and tightly bound with no interior writing. Only fault is at face where former owner wrote small and neatly the name of the person who gave them to him. March, 1967 (Volume 13, Number 1) features a portrait of Lincoln on cover. Articles include: William Lloyd Garrison and Antislavery Unity, A Reappraisal; The Union As It Was, A Critique of Recent Interpretations of the Copperheads; Quantrill's Bushwhackers; A Case Study In Partisan Warfare; Radicals and Economic Policies, The House of Representatives 1961-1873; and Lincoln and Equal rights, A Reply. 96 pages.
