Tightly bound and very clean with nice beveled edge to both boards. Brown cloth shows small bit of wear to corners and to crown and tail of spine, but no cracking to hinges, either fornt or back. Pages are also very clean with very light overall foxing to two blank pages at fornt and back. Eells was a 19th century American philosopher, essayist ,and orator who founded the Alpha Delta Phi fraternity in 1832 at Hamilton College in Clinton, New York.
