PLEASE NOTE that Scribner's did not use its familiar letter A for first edition designation prior to 1930, but "usually" added the words second printing if one occurred (Zempel pg. 394). This book shows copryright date of 1912 beneath which is printed "published March, 1912." Morris is the great-grandson and namesake of one of America's Founding Fathers and made his name as an author of pulp fiction.
