An attractive cover design and a statement that the company's tours were geared to "the Intellectual Elite of the United States and Canada" was sure to attract its target audience. What's interesting about it is that non-students were welcome too, especially teachers, artists, professional people, Business Men and Business Women -- and, of course, their friends. This year's offerings included 128 different tours with an emphasis on the Passion Play of Oberammergau which is staged only every ten years. These tours ranged from 32 days, including the Play and five countries, for $385 to 73 days, 10 countries, the Play and a Grand Alpine Tour by motor priced at $795. Considering that this was the Depression era the "eliteness" could arguably have had more to do with the size of one's purse than one's brain! Trips were scheduled with cooperaton from Cunard and Anchor Lines. Booklet measures 6"x9" and has 128 pages Light wedgewear only detraction.
