We are offering the original hard cover from 1856. Though the spine has been replaced with new red cloth printed in gilt, the rest of the book is as issued. There is wear to corners with loss of cloth and a tear to paper over mid-gutter at front hinge, but otherwise the books is tightly bound with very clean pages marred only by offsetting from illustrations. Includes an introduction by Edward Everett and inscriptions from the monuments located in the Granary Burial Ground on Tremont Street. Excellent genealogical resource. 406 pages. Indexed.
