Very nice, clean book with o bumps to corners and very clean red boards. Oversized at 9"x10". Jacket is very clean with no tears or chips and has not been price-clipped. Looks most handsome in brand new mylar. Only fault is a narrow ban of toning at top edge of endflaps. SIGNED and inscribed to previous owner by John Zweifel, one of the artists who created the miniature masterpiece. Book is filled with excellent full color photographs, but also contains much text offering details about both the real building and the creation of the replica. 201 pages plus back matter.
