A very nice clean book with no names or writing and no bumps to boards. Printed on a cream colored paper and illustrated throughout with documents and photos. The book traces the history of the first such school in the Western Reserve of Ohio, even predating Oberlin College, and follows it through to 1981. In the begimnning the school was lauded for its location which was miles from a grocery or srinking establishment and had about it an aura of religiousity. The school opened its doors to girls in 1972 and six arrived. 171 pages. View More...
