Materials from a municipal or state planning commission can be rather scarce and this book is indeed that. It measures 9"x11" and, as you can see from the photos, is bound woith a plastic spiral comb. The book is clean inside and out showing only a 1-1/2" tear to bottom edge of back cover (repaired on reverse side with a short piece of archival tape) and a few light spots, also to back cover. Contents are pristine with no names or writing and handsomely designed.
